The Stretcher Scene is the newsletter for CSPAN. It is published three to four times a year. It contains information about your state organization as well as educational articles and listings of upcoming educational programs. The Stretcher Scene is your newsletter, if you have an interesting article or anecdote you wish to share, please submit to the editor. In the interest of preserving our environment and cut costs of mailings, The Stretcher Scene is going to be distributed via email starting with the Fall Issue. This is a work in progress; other ASPAN components have gone this way in getting information to their membership and we are looking forward to following in their footsteps.
